Denyse Murphy is a native of Essex County, Massachusetts, and has been making things and creating art as far back as she can remember. She graduated from Maine College of Art with an MFA in Fine Art/Studio Arts in 2000. It was in Maine where she rediscovered her love of cyanotype and alternative photographic processes.
